Our specialties include hand-poured candles, gourmet chocolates and nuts, cocktail infuser kits, spa items, Florida-themed goodies, and an array of unique keepsakes. We love creating collections of thoughtful, inspired gifts as much as we enjoy providing a relaxing experience for couples.
WHAT WE DO
Let Sharing Sunshine coordinate your hotel room welcome / goody bags, rehearsal dinner and wedding reception place card holders, guest party favors, bridesmaid and groomsmen gifts, and parent presents. Bask in the warmth of a gift well chosen.
Customizable images and colors on many of our containers and products will compliment your wedding theme and palette. Need a favorite drink or special treat included? Want a unique item added for sentimental reasons? No worries. The scavenger hunt is our favorite part.
HOW WE'LL BEGIN
1. CONNECT WITH US by clicking the link below. We'll email
you a short questionnaire to collect contact info, venue location,
wedding theme / colors, estimated guest count, etc.
2. After reviewing your questionnaire, WE'LL SEND YOU INFO TO PONDER and schedule a phone call or Zoom meeting to confirm we’re a match.
3. After the free consultation, a $150 DESIGNER RETAINER and
SIGNED CONTRACT will be required if you’d like to proceed. This fee covers
our time to design and source products as well as two rounds of design
revisions beyond the initial presentation. This fee is non-refundable but
will be applied as a credit to your final bill.
HOW WE'LL DAZZLE YOU
4. Based on our discussions and your completed survey
outlining your wedding vision, color palette, theme, and budget, Sharing
Sunshine will work tirelessly to begin SOURCING THE PERFECT COLLECTION of curated items that are sure to dazzle and impress.
5. Ta Dah!! We’ll unveil our INITIAL VISUAL DEPICTION of
your customized gifts. Want to make a few adjustments? No worries! We’ll
work together to ensure your gifts are exactly what you’ve imagined.
6. Once you’ve given us the green light and submitted
payment for the balance due, we'll begin BUILDING YOUR GIFTS.
7. We’ll hand-deliver your gifts to venues in the local
St. Augustine, FL area free of charge. For an additional fee, we’ll
also handle all aspects of any required nationwide shipping. Let Sharing

THE FINE PRINT
A total minimum order of $300 is required, excluding any required shipping costs. The design process can begin several months prior to your wedding. However, once we begin designing your gifts, we’ll request a 4-week window for revisions, ordering, assembly, and packaging. An event date allowing less than a 4-week notice is considered urgent and will incur an additional rush fee of 25% of your order total. Gift box items will be purchased and assembled to best accommodate the date of your wedding.
